How fast do you reply?
Usually within a couple of days. Bugs that affect a lot of people jump the queue — if the editor is broken for you, say so upfront.
Is there a faster way to report bugs?
Yes — open an issue on GitHub and it goes straight into the development workflow. The form here is best when you'd rather not use GitHub.
